Nara Lab started from a simple question: why should Thai rely on foreign models? We believe Thai people deserve AI that deeply understands their language, culture, and context — and that technology should belong to everyone.
Project Status
A young project growing fast
Nara Lab is a recently-started open-source project — not yet a large organization. We build with a small team assisted by AI tools, and everyone is welcome to join.

12B base model on Gemma 4 with layered LoRA — CPT v1 achieved Belebele Thai 0.635 (above Typhoon 0.390).
