We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services: - **Email** when you sign up for the waitlist or contact us - **Agent profile and run metadata** when you use Nara Switch or Nara Agents (only if you opt in) - **Usage data** in aggregate form — such as visitor counts and popular pages — to improve our site - **Cookies** to remember your language and theme preferences We do **not** collect: IP addresses, location, browsing history, or third-party data

Your data is used to: 1. Answer your questions and provide the services you request 2. Improve our products (aggregate data only) 3. Send important updates (only when you opt in) We do **not sell** your data, under any circumstances. No ads, no data brokers, no third-party tracking

You have full control over your data: - **Access** — Request to see all data we hold about you - **Rectify** — Ask us to correct inaccurate data - **Delete** — Request deletion of all your data (we will delete it within 30 days) - **Export** — Download your data in JSON format - **Object** — Object to certain types of processing Send your request to [email protected]. We employ multiple layers of security measures: - TLS 1.3 for all connections - AES-256 encryption for data at rest - Audit logs for every data access - Penetration testing every 6 months - Bug bounty program — report issues at [email protected] That said, no system is 100% secure.
