2. Our Services

We provide this website (naralab.org) and our core products: Nara AI, Smart Input, Nara Switch, Nara Agents, and Nara AI News. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our services with 30 days' notice.

3. Software License

Our software is released under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, study, modify, and distribute it, including for commercial use, provided you attribute the source and retain the copyright notice.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Create illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Deceive, defraud, or mislead others
• Create deepfakes without consent
• Attempt to breach systems or reverse engineer
• Directly compete with us (e.g., use our products to build a competing LLM)

5. Your Content

Content you submit to our services remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we will not use it to train models without explicit opt-in.

6. Warranty

Our services are provided "as-is" without any warranty. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee that models will produce 100% accurate responses. Always verify important information yourself.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

8. Changes to Terms

We may amend these terms with 30 days' notice. If you disagree, you may stop using our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes shall be resolved by Thai courts.
